Our flags come in the standard size of 90cm x 150cm. They are made from hardwearing polyester fabric with colours that use the double penetration dying technique. The flags are hemmed with double stitching and have a brass grommet at each end of the hoist side.
The New Zealand Civil Air Ensign may be flown on any New Zealand aircraft, licenced aerodrome, or place authorised as an aerodrome. Airlines owning New Zealand aircraft may fly the ensign upon or close to their main office or place of business.
The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand may also fly the New Zealand Civil Air Ensign on its buildings and aircraft.
